Body Blast

Body Blast: Utilizes core training, balance and weight training during a 30 minute session.  Class size is limited to 12 people. Included with regular membership.

Silver Sneakers

Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 12:15 am
Silver Sneakers Muscular Strength & Range of Movement: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneaker ball are offered for resistance.  A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. We accept Silver Sneakers members.
